Lavender Ceramics offers a range of beautiful, hand made and bespoke items, treats for you or your home and beautiful gifts for all occasions. Commissions are also undertaken.
A range of hand-built pottery workshops for individuals and small groups of up to 8 are offered regularly. Workshops can also be designed and delivered around your specific requirements.
Come along and try your hand at pottery in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
I am Sue Lavender and pottery has been part of my life for almost thirty years. I am a qualified teacher and have taught extensively, both here in the UK and in New Zealand.
I was vice chairperson of a long-running pottery association in New Zealand, have worked with a variety of distinguished potters and have exhibited in many galleries and art spaces in both countries.
Pottery Club
Pottery Clubs currently run on Monday evenings 6:30-9:00pm, Tuesday mornings 10:00-12:30pm and Wednesday evenings 6:30-9:00pm.
These are relaxing, friendly sessions so come along make some new friends and learn some new skills! Places are limited.
Monday Evening Pottery Club
Due to the popularity of our Pottery Clubs, we are opening another evening! The Monday Evening Pottery Club will begin on Monday 2nd February and places are filling fast.
