Shipping

For peace of mind, all items are sent tracked and signed for via the Post Office. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be notified of the tracking number.

Recycled materials are used as much as possible to reduce costs and help to save the planet!

We take great care when packing your order. If it appears damaged do not accept the package. If, upin opening, a piece is found to be damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and email us the 'photos for insurance purposes. You must notify us of damage within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns

I am happy to accept returns. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and in saleable condition. Due to the nature of these items, custom orders and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged.

The weight of packaging will be considered too: the cart does the calculations and estimates the postage threshold.
