Pitcher Workshop 19-07-2024

Description 

During this fun and relaxing 3hr workshop you will create a pitcher using stoneware clay. These make ideal gifts for someone special or even just as a special treat for your home. They are great for drinks in the garden or for displaying flowers.

Easy step by step instructions will enable all participants to successfully create a pitcher.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of ability and is open to everyone from the age of 12 years. (Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.)

The workshop will take place at my studio in Caersws, Powys. (The full address and directions will be given after booking)

What to bring 

• Please wear covered shoes to comply with health & safety.
• An apron – hand-building is not particularly messy but your clothes may get a little dusty

Terms & Conditions

The cost of the workshop is £35 per person and runs for approximately 3 hours, with a short refreshment break in the middle (refreshments provided - please inform me of any dietary requirements). 

The price includes all clay, glazes, kiln firings, use of tools & equipment and light refreshments. 

Payment is required at the time of booking. A full refund is available up to two weeks before the date of the workshop. After this time, I regret that I am unable to reimburse you, although every effort will be put into finding another alternative date to suit.

If for any reason I need to cancel the workshop, then a full refund will be provided.

You will be notified once your piece has been bisque fired and a date for glazing will be arranged.

Once pieces have been glaze fired, you will be notified and your piece can be collected (Pieces will be kept for one month after notification). If you are unable to collect, posting your work to you can be arranged at cost.
